How does VADA fit?

VADA shoes usually come up a little snug. Our unique blend ensures that they quickly mold to your feet and no further, creating the perfect shape and feel. We'd recommend using our fit guide* when purchasing. 

Will my shoes stretch?

VADA shoes are designed to stretch a little to ensure optimum fit. The material blend allows for a little give as all feet are not the same. We'd recommend you using our fit guide* to find the perfect size.

I have a wide foot; will VADA fit well?

Your shoes will stretch ever so slightly to fit your feet perfectly. They are designed to be snug whilst also allowing for that little bit of give that will make them fit like a glove. We'd recommend you use our fit guide* when making a purchase.

How do I clean them?

The materials for VADA shoes are treated with an eco-friendly water-resistant solution that ensures liquid rolls right off. We'd recommend either brushing gently with a suede or wool cleaning brush from time to time and they'll be as good as new.

When will you release new colours?

We know that colours allow you to express yourself. Our plan is to be continually dropping in colours that compliment this timeless range whilst also giving you the variety you need. Please subscribe to our newsletter for regular updates.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a gift exchange?

To make a gift exchange please email us at help@vadashoes.com giving us the order number used and we will do all we can to facilitate the request quickly.

What is your returns process?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start.

- Select the items you want to return.

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

- When approved your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

What is your return policy?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Can I expedite my order?

We offer express shipping options on every order, please note that Express options to come with a premium. For any queries or assistance please contact us: help@vadashoes.com for assistance. We'd be glad to help.

How much does shipping cost?

As we ship to so many international countries there is now simple answer. We try to be as transparent as possible during purchases to advise on shipping costs. Please note we have done our very best to ensure our rates as as low as possible (in some cases they are subsidised).

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Please note once an order is made it's very likely that your order could be packed and dispatched within that hour. Please advise us instantly if there are any changes to the your order via help@vadashoes.com and we will do all we can to facilitate.

Gift Cards

Can I buy a physical gift card?

We do not sell physical gift cards. We try to run our business in the most paperless way possible. 

How do I send a gift card?

Once you have purchased your gift card you can either send the digital card on or contact us at help@vadashoes who can help you customise it as you wish to forward.
